RTassist proposes a use case for assistance to manufacturer warehouse employees to deal with their tasks by providing answers to complex questions from a Natural Language Understanding based Real-Time Communications system embedded in an Android application for smartphones.

The human-technology interaction that the use case introduces is the usage of a video communication mobile assistant that can be triggered by wearable IoT devices to allow workers to communicate in hands-free mode, without requiring new movements nor touching any new screen.

The relevant workers groups affected by the use-case implementation are the industrial warehouse shop floor operators. After the use-case implementation, workers will dispose of an innovative tool to facilitate the accomplishment of their tasks increasing their productivity and well-being.
