During the last weeks we have been talking throught our twitter account @quobis about the future big opportunity for Unified Communication managers. WebRTC is a bunch a technologies that make possible to make voice and video calls from any web browser, so this will change the way we understand what communication is. ISPs,  service providers or just websites are going to become telcos and, thanks to LTE, MVNOs acting as OTT services (with less restrictions in terms of regulation).
