Mutua Universal is a mutual society partnering the Social Security that provides economic and healthcare  services to more than 1,346,000 customers in Spain with more than one hundred branches and 1,800 employees. The organization, pioneer in introducing telemedicine into Spain, has an application to communicate customers from branches of the company with expert doctors in other locations that were willing to migrate to WebRTC to reduce communication delays and improve voice and video quality. “We have selected Sippo WebRTC Applications Controller as an orchestrator to build or video communication tool using the rich set of APIs that it exposes.
