Quobis launched a new version of its product Quobis Collaborator, an enterprise-grade server that enables companies with customer-care applications based on multimedia real time communications to defeat the challenges of digital transformation while keeping the existing call center infrastructure.

Quobis showcased their UC solution called Quobis Collaborator. Collaborator is one of the most flexible UC tools. Based on webRTC technology, but easy to integrate with SIP based infrastructures, can bring advanced communications and collaboration tools like video, chat, screen sharing. Collaborator is used by telecommunication companies and corporations around the world, either for employee communications or customer care.
